You got cut. What now?

Somewhere between fifteen and seventeen, most players get a version of the same conversation. Sometimes it is a phone call. Sometimes it is just a list with your name missing.

Nobody explains what happens after that. There is no page anywhere that says: here are the actual options, here is what they cost, here is who they work for.

This section is meant to be that page.

State leagues and semi-pro football. University football here and overseas. Late developers, and what is actually known about them. Coming back from injury. Working out whether to keep going, and what it costs if you do.

Some of what we write here will be about stopping, or about building something alongside football. That is not the opposite of this section. It is part of it.
